The Table Boston is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor to partner with our Lead Pastor in shaping community life and helping our church flourish in Boston. This pastoral and organizational leadership role includes preaching team participation, overseeing mid-week community groups and prayer gatherings, leading Sunday volunteer teams, and investing in discipleship and mentorship. We're looking for a Spirit-led, relationally strong leader with a servant's heart and a passion for seeing others grow.
